NORTECH provides multidisciplinary engineering support and contract administration services from preliminary design and site development to completion of building and site construction. NORTECH maintains close coordination with subconsultants, contractors and owners to ensure all technical, budgetary and schedule requirements are met.

Following the contract is very important. With this belief in hand we make sure, on a daily basis that all our projects are going according to plan.

Submittal Services: review/approval of shop drawings,
    product data, and samples
Observation Services: visits to the site on daily basis
Testing and Inspection Administration: administrate &
    coordinate field testing
Quotation Requests/Change Orders: record-keeping of
    written change orders
Contract Cost Accounting: maintenance of records of
    payments
Project Close-out: final inspection with owner
    representative


	Total package of technical, budget, and schedule needs. Daily contract monitoring.
