Providing timely, thorough, and accurate estimates requires a serious commitment to understanding the design intent. We make it a point to spend a sufficient amount of time to understand the designer's vision before we begin our estimates. 

The process of cost estimating is truly an art that requires many years of construction experience and a depth of knowledge of the various materials, services and labor factors for which the estimators is preparing the estimate to quantify the cost factors accordingly. These cost factors can be skewed by project factors such as site conditions, geographical location, labor pools (skilled, unskilled, union and non-union), weather, economic conditions and the time frame for construction.
