Air Quality Assessment & Control 

The Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 created new regulations applicable to air quality issues including facility-wide permitting provisions, expansion for the listing of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) and source-specific Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) standards. Within the rapidly changing environment of air quality regulations, NORTECH's staff continue to be at the forefront in advising and assisting clients in complying with both existing and developing regulatory requirements.
