Rampart Former BIA School

NORTECH completed an environmental site assessment at the former BIA School in Rampart to evaluate petroleum contamination associated with historical spills and tank farm operations.

Our team coordinated and implemented field work alongside the Rampart community, who provided labor and equipment to support the investigation. The assessment also evaluated the condition of existing bulk fuel storage tanks and identified potential areas of concern from past operations that could impact redevelopment of the property.

The results provided a clear understanding of site conditions and actionable information to guide future cleanup decisions and safe reuse of the property.
