Bookkeeper / Fairbanks Project Coordinator
Christine Matson has over thirty years of accounting experience in Alaska; ten plus years in the consulting industry and ten years each in business accounting and the nonprofit sector. Giving her a strong understanding of our non-profit and government client processes. In addition to all this, Christine is knowledgeable in all other aspects of accounting, office management, and profitability.

Christine has been a key member of the NORTECH accounting team for more than ten years, five of those years as the Accounting Manager in the early 2000’s when NORTECH was a much smaller company. Christine returned to NORTECH in 2019 with a lot of experience under her belt. As such, she wears many hats. She is a skilled accounting administrator responsible for all bookkeeping tasks for three offices. She oversees administrative staff, customer service, and equipment coordination and maintenance. In addition, Christine is the Fairbanks Project Coordinator. She effectively directs our administrative staff who, with Christine’s knowledge, assistance, and encouragement, provide outstanding logistical support to our project managers and field staff across the state.
