Environmental Engineer, Anchorage Office Manager
Haley has seven years of environmental engineering experience including design, field supervision, reporting, and coordination with various regulatory agencies. She has managed and assisted with Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, hazardous materials project design, and horizontal and vertical projects for various structures. Haley has worked with clients and regulators to develop specific procedures ranging from all-encompassing site environmental compliance manuals, to one-time accidental releases requiring immediate response and long-term remediation.

Haley has Federal Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA)Â training and experience conducting investigations for asbestos, lead-based paint, and other hazardous building materials including identification of potentially hazardous wastes and items requiring special handling. Other responsibilities include reviewing historical building designs and related documents, assessing and testing building components for hazardous materials (including lead), noting the presence of Underground Storage Tank (UST) systems, and inspecting aboveground petroleum tanks.
