Jason Gresehover, PE
Environmental Engineer
Jason has been working in the environmental industry since 2007 and has served as a project manager for NORTECHÂ since 2021. He collaborates closely with clients and regulators to develop creative, budget-conscious solutions for environmental challenges. Jason has experience in developing work plans, construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates to support construction and demolition projects for the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Fairbanks North Star Borough (FNSB), City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ), and the City of Fairbanks.

Jason has provided construction administration support for various DOT&PF roadway and demolition projects. His experience spans all aspects of environmental investigation and remediation, including conceptual planning, work plan development, cost estimation, sample collection, soil vapor extraction, groundwater well installation, development and monitoring, soil boreholes, laboratory result analysis, final reporting, and project closeout.

In addition, Jason is an experienced hazardous waste designer and a licensed AHERA building inspector. He has expertise in RCRA hazardous waste disposal and documentation, including the preparation of RCRA management plans for construction projects generating soil classified as hazardous waste. Jason also has experience developing asbestos management plans and collecting industrial hygiene samples for breathing zone, clearance, and area monitoring. He has developed construction plans for large-scale hazardous materials abatement projects for CBJ, the City of Fairbanks, and others.

Jason has a personal interest in computer programming and has leveraged his technical skills to create several tools for clients, including a web-based snow and ice removal calculator for the Borough of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE). He also served as the lead developer for this NORTECH website you're currently browsing.

Jason's additional project experience includes Phase I and Phase II Site Assessments, stormwater management, and traffic control.
