MJ Johnson brings a dynamic background in branding, communications, and project coordination to NORTECH. With over five years of experience in customer service, social media management, and marketing strategy, she has worked across industries including veterinary medicine, remote work initiatives, and now environmental consulting. Her strengths in visual design, content creation, design, and digital marketing help shape NORTECH’s identity and outreach across Alaska.

Since joining NORTECH in 2025, MJ has led branding initiatives, supported business development efforts, and collaborated with technical staff to develop effective proposal strategies. She is passionate about highlighting the people behind the work and crafting engaging messaging that reflects NORTECH’s mission while building meaningful connections with clients and the community.
