Peter Beardsley, PE

Peter has more than 24 years of experience in environmental engineering. As President and CEO of NORTECH his responsibilities include contract management, design services, Quality Control for demolition and renovation projects, hazardous materials assessments, and environmental investigations. Peter’s design experience includes dozens of demolition and cleanup projects including building removal, debris cleanup, and lead cleanup for vertical construction, road construction, and utility projects.

Peter has completed contaminated site investigations and remediation, soil and groundwater sampling, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), and indoor air quality assessments. Peter has managed and completed countless hazardous materials assessments for a wide variety of projects, from small utility upgrades to renovation and/or demolition of large complexes. He has worked with owners and design teams to develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates for hundreds of renovation and decommissioning design projects including schools, laboratories, industrial facilities, utilidors, and residential structures.
