William Watts

William has more than 25 years of experience in Alaska managing and participating in environmental assessments, investigations, and corrective actions at military, communication, mining, landfill, and retail facilities. He has additional experience investigating, characterizing, monitoring, and implementing remedial actions at contaminated sites, regulated under Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability (CERCLA) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), in remote locations for extended periods of time.

William has designed and implemented Bioremediation Programs, directed soil and groundwater remedial actions, performed Quality Assurance examinations, and coordinated Hazardous Waste characterization, manifestation, and disposal. He is an Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation Qualified Environmental Professional and Sampler and has experience with remote projects logistics, regulatory compliance, and document preparation.
